Fixture-ready parts
Notches, copes and end profiles come off the machine to the model, so a frame drops into the weld fixture and closes without persuasion.
Hole patterns cut with the profile
Pin holes, bushing bores and hardware patterns are part of the same program, which removes a whole secondary operation from your routing.
Bevels for structural welds
Heavy weldments need real weld prep. Automated beveling delivers it on the cut instead of at a grinding station.
Prototype to production without retooling
